A deposit of $500 is required to make the booking. PayPal is preferred. The deposit is fully refunded (less the PayPal fee) if the reservation is canceled a month or more in advance. If cancellation happens within 30 days of the check-in date, all or half of the deposit will be returned depending on if another renter is found or not.
This deposit will be keep as a security deposit during your stay and returned to you at check-out time (assuming no property is damaged or missing).
A non-refundable cleaning charge of $95 is due at check-in time.
Use of the main house's front yard (Pool, Gazebo and Barbecue) is available to renters only for an additional fee (see table above).
